Unauthorized copying, modifying the App or our trademarks is prohibited. Any attempt to extract source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions is not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property related to the App remain the property of the provider.

The App does not collect or store any personal data for marketing or profiling purposes. All data remains on your device and is not uploaded to the internet or shared with third parties. The provider is committed to maintaining the App’s utility and convenience.

• Error reporting and diagnostics

The App does not use any third‑party error tracking services and does not send error reports or technical device information to external servers. All diagnostic information remains on your device unless you choose to share logs or provide them to support for troubleshooting.

The provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as these actions can compromise device security and functionality. The provider is not liable for any issues resulting from such actions.

Some features of the App may require an active internet connection. The provider is not responsible if the App cannot function due to lack of internet access.

If you use the App without Wi‑Fi, your mobile carrier’s terms still apply. You may incur data usage charges, including roaming fees when using the App abroad. By using the App you accept responsibility for such charges.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. The provider is not liable if you cannot access the App because your device has no power.

While the provider strives to keep the App updated and accurate, it relies on third‑party information. The provider is not liable for any loss resulting from relying solely on the App's functionality.

The provider may update the App from time to time. You agree to accept such updates when provided. The provider may also discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will end and you must stop using and remove the App from your device.

The provider may update these Terms of Use periodically. Please review this page regularly for any changes. The provider will notify you by posting new terms on this page.
